Solution Based Leadership
The Chinook Institute for Civic Leadership is devoted to creating a better world by building leadership capacity. "Creating and Supporting Profound Leadership, Making a Difference in the World."
Presenting what works in dynamic, and demanding times for leading communities and successful organizations, our speakers are amongst the most prominent faculty in the field. Participants in our programs gain new skills and insight in leading through the challenges of an ever-changing, complex world.
Chinook Institute faculty come from positions of leadership in the public, tribal, not-for-profit, and private sectors from throughout the Northwest. They share a sense of responsibility to use their position of leadership to help change the world.
To do this, Chinook produces leadership programs and workshops using the best faculty and curriculum. Focusing on Oregon, but serving all of western North America, Chinook draws together leaders serving in the civic and organizational business realm for immersive programs focusing on profound leadership, systems thinking, strategic processes, contextual intelligence, and transformative change.
